Course Contents: From Ancient Civilizations to 1500 - Ancient Mesopotamia, Near East, India, China, the Greeks, the Roman Republic, the Roman Empire, rise of Christianity, end of the Roman Empire, Middle Ages in Europe, the rise and growth of Islam, Medieval Africa, S. E. Asia, China, and Japan in the Middle ages, Europe and the world by 1500.
